Yoga instructor 🧘‍♀️ 500hr certified. Teaching for 3 years now and still obsessed. Morning practice is non negotiable even when i really dont want to lol. Started yoga during a really hard time in my life and it literally saved me, sounds dramatic but its true. Also into weightlifting which confuses people for some reason?? like you can do both its fine. Vinyasa flow is my thing, love the movement. Always happy to chat about wellness stuff or give beginners tips, no judgement here everyone starts somewhere 💚
